The old lighthouse of Keelbarrow Coast needs a new keeper, after the old ones either leave after one night or disappear before sunrise.

Be vigilant and perceptive to ensure the safety of yourself and the land behind you. Your former colleagues left you their notes to guide you through the night.

= Instructions =

- Look outside to see if there is anything in the water, that's likely to attack you. You can look at the horizon and down at the ocean. Looking at the ocean will enable the search light.
- Scare creatures away using the search light or the foghorn
- Use the book to identify ways of scaring various types of creatures away. There are more creatures in the book than attacking you during the night, so reading everything at once may distract you from defending your tower.
- You have a radar next to the foghorn button to help you locate creatures.
- You can move around by clicking on the doors / the ocean or by using your keyboard (WASD by default).
- Don't be shy to add some lives or decrease creature speed in the difficulty options!
- Endure until 6AM, as is tradition.

This game was made during the Godot Wild Jam 41 with the Theme "Ocean".

This was fun! I had a hard time finding the right balance between too hard and too easy, but I'm sure if I spent some more time tweaking the settings I'd find the sweet spot. Lots of cool mechanics and I appreciated that there were conflicting properties (e.g., frogmen scared by the light, but fishlings are lured by the light). I don't think I saw all of the enemies, but I did get to experience a few. I really liked the audio and the visuals. Also, points for originality! I've played tower defense, but nothing quite like this.
